A Joey Named Jack Babywearing orders, particularly those travelling to regional areas of Australia and to PO Boxes, will be sent via Australia Post. Orders are also be sent via other courier companies such as Sendle depending on your location. We endeavour to send your parcel within 1-5 business days of payment receipt, unless otherwise indicated on our website. Tracking will be provided wherever applicable. Please note that A Jack Named Joey Babywearing is located in Western Australia and as such standard shipping interstate can take up to 14 business days to arrive. This time may be longer during peak periods including during pandemics such as Covid-19, Christmas, Easter and other extenuating circumstances beyond our control.

Express post is always sent via Australia Post and will generally be sent within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. Australia Post's Express Post "next day guarantee" has been suspended and therefore this service not be applicable depending on your location. As such, please note your delivery should be received within 1-3 business days of lodgement at the post office, however remote and interstate orders may take longer.

If your parcel goes missing or is damaged we will do our best to assist you to launch an investigation with the courier involved. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss any delivery issues you may have. A Joey Named Jack Babywearing is not liable for loss, damage or theft during transit, so please retain your original packaging, order receipt and tracking number to lodge a claim directly with the courier involved.
International Shipping is available. Shipping rates vary based on location. Taxes and duties are not included and may be applied by customs at the destination country. Free local pick up is available from Beldon, Western Australia. This option is also available at checkout. Once your order and payment has been completed, you will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for collection. You may then make an appointment to collect your carrier either through contactless pick up or you can book your free pick up appointment and receive your complimentary 30min carrier fitting at the time of pick up. If you chose contactless pick up or have your order shipped to you, you will receive a complimentary 15min online fitting which you can book on our website once you have received your order.
If your order contains pre-order products, your shipping or collection notification email will be delayed until all of your items are ready for collection.
